Now is the time to familiarize yourself and/or refresh your memory about the financial aspects of enrolling your student at Holy Family Elementary. Do not wait until the day of enrollment to tackle this list, or enrolling your student for the new school year will be at a standstill.

1. Stewardship. Holy Family Elementary operates on a stewardship-based financial model, which means that a portion of our operating budget is supplemented by the seven Heartland Parishes of Ellis County. What does that mean for you? That means, first and foremost, you must be in good standing with your parish. You must be tithing, ministering, and attending mass. If you don't tithe to your parish, HFE doesn't operate. If you don't minister or attend mass, your parish doesn't operate. Reach out to your parish and make sure you are in good standing. And most importantly, renew your commitment to being a good steward of the gifts you've been given.

2. Enrollment Fees. Operating on a stewardship-based financial model, we must supplement our income with enrollment fees. Enrollment fees support our operating budget and student consumables. The fees for the 2025-2026 school year have been set. This number always comes with a bit of sticker shock, so take time before enrollment to review the fees and decide on your method of payment. Payment plans, automatic withdrawal, and financial support are available.

Other items of note-

At the time of enrollment, there are additional fees in addition to the enrollment fee that you should be aware of. There are additional fees for items like Home & School, After School Care, and technology. Take the time to review these extra fees to see if any apply to your student.

We aim to make enrollment as painless as possible; therefore, if you have any questions about stewardship or the 2025-2026 fees, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
